Cancellation policy

For cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time, we will apply our cancellation fee which is the standard full session fee of $225.00 ($222.99 for NDIS clients).

For appointments booked on Mondays, we require cancellations by the equivalent time on Friday as our offices are unattended on weekends. E.g. Monday 11am appointments need to be cancelled by Friday 11am.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Cancellation fees will need to be paid before your next appointment with your psychologist.

Please keep in mind that all in-person appointments can be shifted to Telehealth (phone or Zoom), even at the last minute.
